Part European Seaside Cafe, part Raging Waters, Chateau Le Sploosh is an ever-evolving art installation. Chateau Le Sploosh opened in September 2016 as an art installation designed to be an over-the-top mash-up of French sea-side dining, Mediterranean coastal living, and kitschy American Waterparks. Openings at Le Sploosh range from a la carte cocktail-only happy hours to full pre-fixe dinner menus. Chateau Le Sploosh has collaborated with numerous chefs to present special dinner menus paired with signature cocktails. Chateau Le Sploosh is an ongoing project that comes to life every month or two.
